ABOUT THE COURSE

General
The course aims to prepare human resources professionals to develop and manage business strategies, career plans, recruitment and selection programs, as well as staff evaluation and training methodologies.

Specific
All professionals must constantly have knowledge of the business and the area in which their company operates and be always prepared to collaborate, exercise new functions and meet the challenges proposed by the company.

It is up to the Human Resources professional to act as an internal consultant, integrating employees and the company, guiding and foreseeing new situations and new challenges in order to maintain a collaborative team and ready to assume and respond promptly to the needs that arise.

It is also necessary that the Human Resources professional constantly develop job, salary and benefits management programs within labor and union relations in order to ensure that your company complies with legal requirements and that your employees remain motivated and prepared to meet the requirements and needs that arise.


TARGET AUDIENCE

Those who have a high school completion certificate or equivalent. Professionals who work or are interested in working in the human resources area, such as advisor, people and career manager, personal development strategist and related activities.
