General
The course aims to train professionals to learn how to prepare and implement business plans, using management methods and techniques in business training and organization, specifically in the processes of commercialization, supply, storage, material handling and financial and human resource management.

Specific
The course should emphasize several aspects such as: the ability to deal with people, the ability to communicate, teamwork, leadership, negotiation, the search for information, decision making in different economic, political, cultural and social contexts.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Those who have a high school completion certificate or equivalent.

Presential classes at Santa Cecília University, in Santos, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at night.

Candidates who enroll in the “2nd degree” option will have their documents analyzed to take advantage of studies.
