The Course of Business Administration is currently the most sought after by Brazilian students, because its content encourages students to think strategically, developing skills such as leadership, creativity, negotiation and skills to solve complex business problems.
With more than 96% of its graduated students entering the job market, the course provides a strong general training in Business Administration, but also gives them the opportunity of a first specialization in Finance, Marketing, People Management or Logistics and Foreign Trade, according to the interest and the aptitude of each one.
With 18 years of tradition, the course develops complete professionals with a solid academic background and a strategic business vision. For this reason, the course is specialized in training successful business leaders and entrepreneurs.
In order to do so, it has a fully differentiated didactic-pedagogical structure and a modern, flexible and multidisciplinary curriculum, designed in such a way as to provide students with an excellent training in all business segments, especially in the port sector.
Partner of Sebrae-SP and many companies in the region, the UNISANTA Course stimulates the entrepreneurial side of students, especially for those who have the dream of opening their own business, so much so that from our classrooms, several companies from the region were opened.
The course has an important International Exchange program - the Netherlands and Belgium Project, with the participation of his students in technical visits to the port cities of Antwerp and Rotterdam, which have been chosen as a reference in organization and international transport logistics.

Business and Career Stimulus - UNISANTA's Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting Sciences has a Research Core of Innovation, Business and Entrepreneurship (Nine), which stimulates entrepreneurship, and also the Research Core for Management and Career Development (NDC), which guides students and alumni for free to enter and improve the job market.
The Management Model Office simulates business games and realities of business world, with integrated business management software (ERP-TOTVS) and financial research (Economatica).
The teaching staff is highly qualified and enables to train differentiated professionals, as well as stimulates the production of research and the participation of papers in scientific congresses.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The evaluations of the students are based on the skills and abilities necessary for the professional exercise, being defined in the Pedagogical Project of each Course of Graduation or Technology, following the Curricular Guidelines and the General Regiment of UNISANTA.
The evaluation of the school performance is done by discipline, according to the curricular activities developed, covering the aspects of frequency and grade.
It is considered approved in each discipline the student who has attended at least 75% of the academic work expected and obtained arithmetic mean equal to or greater than 5 (five) between the grade resulting from the partial evaluations and the final exam.
The final evaluation is granted only to the student who obtains, in each discipline, arithmetic mean equal to or greater than 3 (three), resulting from the partial evaluations.
The student who, in the course under study, has met the minimum frequency requirement and obtained an average of 7 (seven) or higher as a result of the partial assessments is waived from the final exam.
